To access most features of the Service, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans (e.g., 'Plus', 'Lifetime').

• Free Access: Certain content and features of the Service are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify the content available for free at any time.
• Premium Subscriptions: Plus and Lifetime plans provide access to additional features and content. The fees for subscriptions are as stated on our Pricing page.
• Payments: We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle payments. By providing payment information, you warrant that the information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Renewals: Monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard.

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the AI-generated content will always be complete or error-free. It is provided for educational purposes, and you are responsible for verifying its accuracy.

To ensure the sustainability and availability of our AI features for all users, a Fair Use Policy applies to all premium plans. 'Plus' and 'Lifetime' plans include a generous limit of 500 AI requests per month for personal educational purposes. This limit is in place to prevent automated, high-volume, or commercial abuse that could compromise the service for other users. We believe this provides an effectively 'unlimited' experience for the vast majority of learners while ensuring the platform remains viable for everyone.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevApps Learn and its licensors. The content, including text, graphics, logos, and the AI-generated content, is protected by copyright and other laws of both Greece and the European Union. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DevApps Learn.

The Service may allow you to upload files (e.g., PDFs, TXT files) for processing by the AI Tutor. We explicitly state that these files are processed exclusively locally on your browser (client-side) and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership and responsibility for the content you upload.

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DevApps Learn does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
